The Business Development & Franchise Manager (BDFM) is responsible for driving business growth through franchise expansion, strategic partnerships, lead generation, and market development. The role focuses on identifying recent franchise opportunities, converting prospects into franchise partners, and supporting long-term business expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development
Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across target markets
Generate qualified franchise leads through networking, digital campaigns, brokers, and events
Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity meetings
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from inquiry to agreement signing
Coordinate franchise onboarding and launch activities
Business Development
Develop and execute business growth strategies
Identify strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Explore expansion opportunities in current territories
Build strong relationships with investors,
franchisees, and channel partners
Required Skills
Strong business development and sales skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
5–8 years of experience in business development, franchise sales, or expansion management

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
