Position: Loan Sales Backend Executive (Calling)

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
Guide customers regarding loan eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
Coordinate with sales executives and NBFC partners for timely processing of loan applications.
Collect and verify customer documents before submission.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Track loan application status and provide regular updates to customers.
Resolve customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
Ensure all customer information and documentation comply with company and NBFC guidelines.
Meet daily calling targets, follow-up targets, and productivity standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to leads and loan applications.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Loan Sales, NBFC,



Banking, Telecalling, or Backend Operations.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English preferred.
Robust customer handling and convincing skills.
Knowledge of personal loans, or other financial products is an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with customers.

Sales Manager / Operations Manager

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
