Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Salary: ₹1,30,000+ per month (Negotiable) + Attractive Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Lead the company's overall financial strategy and planning.
Manage financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
Drive fund raising activities through banks, financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners.
Develop financial models for infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, auditing, and corporate governance.
Support business expansion, investment planning, and project financing.
Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the management.

Eligibility
Qualification: CA / CA Inter / CMA or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), or Fund Raising Manager.




Proven experience in project finance, corporate finance, investment management, or fund raising.
Experience in the EV, renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
Robust knowledge of financial regulations, banking, taxation, and financial planning.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
