Business Deveopment Executive - (Sales & Marketing)
Coordinate with existing customers and generate new leads
Use appropriate techniques of sales and marketing to convert leads into an order
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relation with them
Responsible for leading sales teams to reach target goals
Planning and directing the hiring training of recent sales representatives
Excellent communication as well as technical skills to identify customers requirements




Coordinate with the design team for concept and DAP approval
Should have experience in Robotics and Automation, Jigs & fixture,MHE industry
To do Approach
Preparing quotations by calculating project cost and overheads
Justifying the cost to the customer
Create win–win situation to covert an order
Travel across Pune and outside of Pune if required
Maintain relations with the existing customers and ask them about their current issues that are facing and create opportunities for our company
Conduct monthly meetings to accomplish the targets
Ambitious, target oriented, focussed, results-based
