Site Supervisor – Installation & CommissioningRoles & Responsibilities
Supervise installation and commissioning activities at project sites.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and customer requirements.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and the internal project team.
Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely project completion.
Allocate work and supervise technicians and site workers.
Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety PPE.
Inspect installation quality and resolve site issues.
Maintain daily site progress reports and submit updates.
Coordinate material receipt and usage at the site.
Attend site meetings and support project handover.
Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance at the site.
Travel to project sites as required.
Required Skills
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in installation and commissioning.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Problem-solving and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
Knowledge of safety practices at project sites.
