We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with solid knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment and Sales/Field Sales hiring
Candidate sourcing, screening & interview coordination
Employee onboarding & documentation
Attendance, leave & employee records
Employee engagement & grievance handling
HR policies and day-to-day HR operations
Performance management & employee relations
Exit formalities and HR MIS
Payroll coordination and other HR activities

Requirements:
4–6 years of relevant HR experience
Strong experience in Sales hiring
Valuable communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
Ability to independently handle complete HR functions
