Key Responsibilities
Write and update job descriptions
Source candidates on job boards and social media like LinkedIn Talent Solutions
Screen incoming resumes and applications
Conduct phone and video interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage job offers and salary talks
Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire .
Job Requirements & Skills
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Valuable eye for talent and cultural fit
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
