We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage day-to-day showroom operations, lead the sales team, achieve business targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth showroom functioning.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain company service standards.
Monitor stock, visual merchandising, cleanliness, grooming, and store presentation.
Prepare and share daily sales and operational reports.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, punctuality, and performance.
Support staff training, performance improvement, and team development.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in retail/store management.
Minimum qualification is plus two
Valuable leadership and team-handling skills.
Robust communication and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Excellent computer skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
