KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TECHNICAL SKILL
BBS Preparation & Quantity Calculation.
Measurement as per IS Codes & Drawings.
CPWD Norms/DSR & Specifications.
RA Bills & Final Bills.
Escalation Claims/Bills.
Rate Analysis for Non-Scheduled Items.
BOQ, Tender & Work Order Knowledge.
Extra & Deviation Items.
Client Coordination & Documentation.
MS Excel, MS Office, MS Project (Preferred).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in billing, quantity surveying and planning, with proven exposure to high-rise construction projects.
High-Rise Construction Experience is mandatory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
