Job Summary:
Responsible for driving business growth for employee transport services through client acquisition, relationship management, revenue generation, and operational coordination, while ensuring premium service standards for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business prospects in employee transport and mobility services.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and SLA compliance.
Develop strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing studies.
Lead tender participation, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor service performance and ensure premium/VIP transport requirements are delivered to high standards.
Handle escalation management and support resolution of client concerns.
Prepare business reports, forecasts,
and sales performance reviews.
Premium Duties:
Oversee premium/VIP transport solutions for executive and specialized clients.
Ensure superior customer experience and adherence to premium service protocols.
Support customized mobility solutions for strategic clients.
Drive value-added service offerings and continuous service improvements.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in employee transport, fleet, logistics, or mobility services.
Solid client management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of transport operations, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Ability to achieve revenue targets and manage key accounts effectively.
NOTE: The candidate should stay in Bangalore City.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
