Job Summary

We are looking for a Hotel Reservations & Revenue Executive to manage hotel bookings, room inventory, OTA platforms, pricing updates, occupancy tracking, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in hotel reservation systems and online distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily room bookings and reservations across all channels.
Maintain room availability and inventory.
Update pricing and promotions on OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Expedia, etc.).
Monitor occupancy, booking trends, and revenue performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly booking, occupancy, and revenue reports.




Track sales performance by booking source and OTA.
Ensure pricing accuracy and rate parity across all channels.
Coordinate with the Front Office team regarding reservation updates when required.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or OTA operations.
Knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.
Positive proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Solid analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
