Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Educational Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable academic programs and career paths. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills to support students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding educational courses, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Understand students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages.
Convert student inquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate and timely information.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures.
Maintain and update student records and counselling reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Address student queries professionally and provide end-to-end admission support.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and admission targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in educational counselling, admissions, telesales, or customer support is an added advantage.
