Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and skilled manner
Provide detailed information about slimming treatments, cosmetic services, and packages
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and consultations
Generate leads and convert inquiries into walk-ins/appointments
Maintain accurate call records and update the client database in the system
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as per company standards
Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth appointment flow
Follow up with existing and potential clients for feedback and repeat business
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals
Attend training sessions to stay updated on services and company policies
Work efficiently under pressure and meet assigned targets
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment
Note:
Candidates with prior experience in Slimming, Beauty, Wellness, or Healthcare industry will be preferred.
