We are looking for a confident and responsible SPA Receptionist & Back Office Executive to join our team.

Candidate Requirements
Good knowledge of Hindi and English communication
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to operate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of sales calling for B2B and B2C lead generation
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, WhatsApp Web, bulk SMS platforms, and other web portals
Data sheet management and basic data entry skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

Role Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls




Generate and follow up on business leads
Manage customer and business data
Maintain Excel data sheets and records
Handle WhatsApp and other online communication
Coordinate with clients and internal team members
Support daily back-office operations
