We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable courses and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms regarding courses and career paths
Understand student requirements and suggest the right training programs
Handle leads generated through marketing campaigns and follow up regularly
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding
Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
6 months –2 years of experience in counseling / sales / customer handling (EdTech preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work in a target-driven setting
