Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
Ensure achievement of branch sales targets.
Train and mentor Sales Executives.
Monitor daily operations and customer service quality.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management.
Maintain inventory and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Previous experience in sales leadership or retail management.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage targets and motivate teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in mobile accessories or retail sales is an added advantage.
