Position: Planning Engineer
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5Years
Industry: Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Develop baseline schedules, recovery plans, and look-ahead plans.
Track project progress and identify schedule deviations.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, Procurement, and Design teams.
Monitor manpower, material, and equipment requirements as per project schedule.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Participate in project review meetings and provide planning updates.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and client requirements.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.




Experience in planning and scheduling commercial interior fit-out projects.
Positive understanding of project execution, procurement, and resource planning.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out planning.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in office interiors, retail, corporate, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects.
Immediate joiner or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,125.53 - ₹65,244.75 per month
