Position Summary
The Duty Medical Officer (DMO) is responsible for providing day-to-day medical care, patient assessment, clinical coordination, emergency management, treatment monitoring, documentation, and support to consultant oncologists. The DMO plays a critical role in ensuring protected and effective delivery of chemotherapy and supportive oncology services while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
MBBS from a recognized institution.
Permanent registration with the appropriate State Medical Council / National Medical Commission.
Valid medical practice license.
Experience
Preferred
1–5 years of clinical experience.
Experience in oncology, internal medicine, emergency medicine, ICU, or hospital practice preferred.
Freshers
Fresh MBBS graduates with strong clinical aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Emergency management capabilities.
Good communication and patient counselling skills.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
EMR/HIS documentation proficiency.
Patient-centric approach and empathy.
Solid ethical and professional conduct.
Compensation
Salary not a constraint and commensurate with qualification and experience
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
