Working hours : 9 : 00 AM to 5 PM

Job Summary

The Segment Drive Intern will support Libera’s business development activities by researching target markets, identifying potential customers, , and assisting the sales team in driving design-in opportunities across key market segments such as EV, Industrial, Telecom, Consumer, and Medical.

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
Collect customer contact details (R&D;, Purchase, Engineering, and Management).
Support the sales team in generating and tracking RFQs and design-in opportunities.
Maintain CRM and update customer activity records.
Monitor competitor products and market trends.
Assist in organizing customer visits, webinars, seminars, and exhibitions.
Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports.
Support digital marketing activities, including LinkedIn research and email campaigns.




Perform other business development tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Key Skills Required
Positive communication skills (English)
Basic knowledge of electronics/electrical engineering
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Internet research and data analysis skills
Willingness to learn and interact with customers
Robust organizational and follow-up skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of target customers identified per week
RFQs and sample requests supported
Weekly activity reports submitted on time
Quality of market research and presentations
Support provided for customer follow-ups and business development activities

This internship is suitable for BE/BTech (ECE, EEE, E&I;), MBA and Diploma (Marketing interested in sales, marketing, and the electronics component distribution industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
