Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Precast Concrete Manufacturing Supervisor with 5–8 years of experience in architectural precast concrete production, especially benches and landscape products.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise mould preparation, reinforcement, concrete casting, vibration, curing and demoulding.
Ensure proper finishing and quality of precast benches.
Read and interpret shop/engineering drawings.
Manage production workers and daily production targets.
Conduct quality checks and minimize defects/rework.
Coordinate materials, manpower and production schedules.
Ensure safety and proper handling of finished products.

Requirements:
5–8 years hands-on experience in precast concrete manufacturing.
Experience with architectural precast/landscape products preferred.
Positive knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, moulds and finishing.
Ability to read drawings and lead production workers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
