Job Summary

Sattavaa Hospitality is looking for a skilled and creative Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized bar. A passion for mixology and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Create signature cocktails and recommend beverages to guests.
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor bar inventory and report stock requirements.
Verify the legal drinking age of customers and serve alcohol responsibly.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, if required.




Work closely with the restaurant team to provide excellent guest service.

Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Bartender or Mixologist.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
Knowledge of bar inventory management and hygiene standards.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
