Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
Coordinate with the content, design, sales, and business development teams.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
Track digital marketing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online lead-generation activities.
Manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
Analyze customer behavior, campaign data, and marketing trends.




Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly marketing targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Solid knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Experience with social media management and lead-generation campaigns.
Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Experience in the Education/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
