Job Title : Engineering Standards and Practice Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Engineering Standards & Practices lifecycle across global operations.
Maintain and govern engineering standards portfolio registers, review cycles, and adoption tracking.
Coordinate standards reviews, change management, governance approvals, and publication readiness.
Draft, edit, and update engineering standards, procedures, and technical practices.
Manage governance board meetings, decision packs, action tracking, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, process safety, and operational teams for standards alignment.
Ensure integration of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical updates into internal practices.
Monitor standards adoption, rollout activities, training support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain knowledge management systems, standards libraries, and technical documentation repositories.
Support process safety, operational risk management, and engineering compliance initiatives.
Track portfolio health, review cadences,



gap registers, and closure of open actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to ensure governance effectiveness and operational consistency.

Requisites
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Robust knowledge of engineering standards, controlled documentation, and governance processes.
Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, NFPA, IEC, ISO, and OSHA.
Experience in standards management, technical documentation, and change control processes.
Strong understanding of process safety, operational risk, and engineering compliance practices.
Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder reviews and governance forums.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
Experience with portfolio tracking, reporting dashboards, and standards lifecycle management.
Ability to manage cross-functional and global teams in a team-oriented setting.
