Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Nurses. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting physicians, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. You will work in a cooperative setting within our multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal healthcare services. Key responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications and treatments, assisting with diagnostic tests, and educating patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace
Knowledge of nursing best practices and protocols
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Empathy and compassion for patient care and well-being
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when necessary
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
