Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join a growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with potential clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities




Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Represent the company at networking events and business meetings when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
0–1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of IT services and software solutions will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Immediate joiners preferred
