Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a retail showroom. This includes sales management, customer interaction, inventory handling, staff supervision, and maintaining the overall look and feel of the showroom. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure that sales targets are achieved and customers are satisfied.
Responsibilities:
Managing sales and achieving monthly targets
Supervising showroom staff and assigning duties
Interacting with customers to resolve issues
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with inventory teams
Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
Conducting daily reports and sales audits
Training recent hires and ensuring customer service excellence

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
