Job Summary

Sunil Construction Co. is looking for an experienced Foreman to supervise day-to-day construction activities, manage site manpower, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and complete projects within scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and labour teams.
Allocate work and monitor productivity.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
Maintain quality standards and minimize rework.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
Prepare daily progress and manpower reports.

Requirements




ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred).
5–10 years of experience as a Foreman in residential, commercial, or industrial construction.
Knowledge of RCC, finishing, masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, and safety practices.
Ability to read construction drawings and lead site teams.
