Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided leads.
Introduce and explain the company's real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.
Generate customer interest and schedule site visits.
Follow up with interested customers on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate call records and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer handovers.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up activities.
Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketing Executive, or Customer Support Executive is preferred.




Experience in real estate or a related industry is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic proficiency in Tamil; English is an advantage.
