We are seeking a detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare and modify interior working drawings for commercial projects such as corporate offices, retail outlets, and fit-out works. The candidate will support the design and execution teams by ensuring accurate and timely preparation of drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D working drawings using AutoCAD
Develop:
Furniture layout plans
Partition & drywall layouts
Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP)
Electrical & lighting layouts
Flooring layouts
Elevations & sectional details
Joinery & shop drawings
Revise drawings based on client comments and site updates
Coordinate with design and project execution teams
Maintain drawing revisions and documentation records
Assist in preparation of as-built drawings after project completion
Ensure drawings are accurate and aligned with site conditions
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Sketchup
Knowledge of commercial interior materials and finishes
Understanding of construction detailing and site execution process
Ability to read BOQ and technical drawings
Robust attention to detail
Positive coordination and communication skills
Qualification
B Tech in Civil/Diploma in Civil / Architecture / Interior Design
AutoCAD certification preferred
Experience
3–4years in commercial interior / fit-out projects
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
