We are looking for an experienced real estate skilled to lead the evaluation and pre-development of land prospects. The candidate will be responsible for taking every land parcel from initial sourcing to a development-ready proposal by coordinating legal, technical, financial, and statutory due diligence. Key Responsibilities Evaluate land opportunities for Joint Ventures (JV), outright acquisition, and development. Coordinate legal due diligence, title verification, ownership checks, and encumbrance verification. Review zoning regulations, Master Plan provisions, CLU status, FAR/FSI, setbacks, height, and development potential. Coordinate with architects, town planners, lawyers, liaison consultants, and government authorities. Prepare development feasibility reports and concept plans. Coordinate statutory approvals and monitor compliance. Coordinate project financial feasibility including costs, revenue, ROI, IRR, and cash flow.



Maintain project documentation and present findings to management.

Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Real Estate. MBA preferred. 8–15 years of experience with a reputed real estate developer. Strong knowledge of land acquisition, zoning, CLU, FAR/FSI, approvals, feasibility studies, and consultant management.

Preferred Background Candidates from reputed developers such as DLF, Godrej Properties, Sobha, Prestige, ATS, Signature Global, Smartworld, Omaxe, Eldeco, M3M, or similar organizations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
