Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least one year of experience and good knowledge of accounting principles. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, recording day-to-day transactions, preparing reports, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
Manage purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Maintain ledgers and perform regular account reconciliations.
Handle bank reconciliation and cash-book maintenance.
Prepare invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Support monthly and annual account-closing activities.
Maintain accurate records of expenses, bills, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers,



and internal teams.
Prepare MIS and other financial reports as required.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum one year of relevant accounting experience.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Working knowledge of Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Good numerical and analytical abilities.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Ability to complete assigned work within deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Tally Prime.
Experience with GST return preparation and reconciliation.
Proficiency in Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
