Roles & Responsibilities:
Legal Research and Analysis
Conduct research on statutes, case laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
Analyze legal documents and provide summaries or insights to assist attorneys.
Drafting and Documentation
Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, notices, pleadings, and motions.
Create templates and standard operating procedures for legal processes.
Contract Management
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and client-specific standards.
Litigation Support
Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and witness statements.
Creating chronologies like medical (Personal Injuries).
Administrative and Client Coordination
Communicate with client representatives and external counsel to ensure a transparent understanding of tasks.
Provide updates, reports, and deliverables within specified timelines.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Indian Litigation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Solid communication skills for handling client calls/ client queries.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.
