Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to understand customer requirements, provide appropriate information, and ensure consistent follow-up until successful closure. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi and be passionate about building robust customer relationships.(Work Mode: Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements by interacting with prospective clients over phone calls.
Explain the company's products and services based on the customer's needs.
Conduct outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries professionally.
Follow up with prospects regularly until the sales or service process is successfully closed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up and conversion targets.
Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
Malayalam communication skills will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-oriented approach.
