Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Integration APIs).
Proven experience leading technical teams in Salesforce project delivery.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing rules, and platform best practices.
Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.




Proficiency in source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Project experience on Life science and Health clients (Patient experience, Commercial, Med Tech, Provider and/or Payer)
Valuable understanding on Einstein Trust Layer, Guardrails
Good understanding on LLM, Different types of prompt templates and their usage
Good knowledge on different Models
Good knowledge on Standard agents
Having hands on experience on agent creation, usage of standard/ custom actions
Valuable understanding on DataCloud

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Salesforce Certified AI Associate

Education:
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
