Set up and operate VMC machines.
Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
Load raw materials and unload finished components.
Perform tool changes and set machine offsets.
Monitor machining operations for dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Inspect components using measuring instruments Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge,Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator
Maintain production records and machine logs.
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
Follow quality, safety, and 5S standards on the shop floor.
Required Qualification
ITI (Machinist/Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2–4 years of VMC/CNC operating experience is preferred.
Knowledge of G-code and M-code is an advantage.
Ability to use precision measuring instrument
Pay: ₹8,545.10 - ₹30,049.34 per month
