Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer with 10 years of expertise to lead large-scale construction projects, manage teams, and ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project execution and management
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
Oversee multiple sites and manage project teams
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence
Review designs, drawings, and technical specifications
Manage vendor selection, procurement, and contracts
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government authorities
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Required Skills:
Robust leadership and team management skills
Expertise in project planning and cost control
Advanced knowledge of construction techniques and regulations
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera/MS Project)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
8–12 years of experience in construction/project management
