Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the collections team to achieve monthly recovery targets.
Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates.
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely follow-up for collections.
Track team performance and provide coaching, training, and guidance.
Analyze collection data and prepare MIS reports for management.
Handle escalated customer cases and resolve disputes effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Coordinate with legal, operations, and customer service teams for complex cases.
Monitor delinquency trends and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain portfolio quality and reduce NPA/delinquency levels.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of collection activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
