Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Coordinate with the inventory and billing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure jewellery displays are neat, attractive, and secure at all times.
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate ongoing offers and promotions.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily reports for management.
Assist in training recent employees on customer service and product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and showroom policies.
