Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 6+ years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring. The role requires robust communication skills, sourcing capability, candidate management, and the ability to close positions within defined TAT.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
Should have good knowledge on Excel, maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and ensure TAT adherence.
Key Skills & Requirements
Experience : 6 + to 9 Years
6 +years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
Positive understanding of recruitment metrics (conversion ratios, quality of shortlist, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
