Key Responsibilities
Soft Services Operations
Manage daily housekeeping, pest control, waste management, pantry, cafeteria, and security operations.
Conduct regular floor walk-throughs to monitor site standards, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Ensure pantry services, coffee/tea vending machines, and event setups run smoothly.
Maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols across workstations, restrooms, and common areas.
Vendor Management
Supervise third-party vendors, outsourced janitorial staff, and pantry staff.
Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs.
Track vendor attendance, duty rosters, and compliance requirements.
