Job Responsibilities
Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional limitations.
Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, gait training, and strengthening programs.
Assist patients in improving movement, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
Provide rehabilitation support to patients recovering from surgery, injury, illness, or prolonged hospitalization.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical improvement.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, positioning, mobility, and home-care practices.
Assist patients with transfers, walking, and use of mobility aids when required.
Maintain accurate physiotherapy assessment notes, treatment records, and progress reports.




Coordinate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation specialists.
Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and clinical protocols.
Ensure proper use, cleanliness, and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and rehabilitation planning.
Provide motivation and emotional support to patients during the rehabilitation process.
Ensure high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services in accordance with HCAH standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
