Structural Design & Analysis
Perform structural analysis and design for RCC, steel, and composite structures.
Design structural components including:
Foundations
Columns
Beams
Slabs
Pile foundations
Equipment foundations
Solar Module Mounting Structures (MMS)
Conduct wind load, seismic load, and other structural load calculations.
Engineering Calculations
Prepare detailed design calculations and reports.
Ensure designs comply with relevant standards such as:
IS 456
IS 800
IS 875
IS 1893
Verify structural stability, safety, and serviceability.
Software & Modelling

Use structural analysis and design software such as:
STAAD.Pro
ETABS
SAFE
AutoCAD

Prepare structural models, analyze load combinations, and review output results.
Drawing Review & Coordination
Review structural drawings and reinforcement details.
Coordinate with:
Architects
Geotechnical engineers
Electrical & mechanical teams
Project management teams
Ensure drawings match the approved design calculations.
Site Support
Provide technical clarification to site teams.
Review shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
Assist in resolving construction-related design issues.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all designs follow latest codes, standards, and project specifications.




Maintain proper documentation and version control of design documents.
Participate in design review meetings and client discussions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering preferred.

Required Experience
2–6 years of experience in structural design.
Experience in building, industrial, or renewable energy projects preferred.
