Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Define platform architecture, technical roadmap, and best practices.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Lead technical teams during design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Review solution designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Provide architectural guidance across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Mentor developers and technical leads on platform capabilities and implementation standards.
Work closely with enterprise architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
Drive platform upgrades, performance optimization, governance, and security compliance.
Estimate project efforts,



manage risks, and support delivery planning.
Participate in solution workshops, client discussions, and architecture reviews.

Required Technical Skills
Robust experience in ServiceNow Architecture and Platform Design.
Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth, LDAP, SSO, and MID Server.
Robust knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, platform governance, and instance strategy.
Positive understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow
