We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Service Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of rooftop and ground-mounted solar power systems.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar panels, inverters, wiring, and monitoring systems.
Conduct site inspections and system performance checks.
Attend service calls and customer complaints promptly.
Prepare service reports and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma / Vocational Training in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or maintenance.
Knowledge of solar inverters, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work at heights and travel to project sites.
Valid driving license preferred.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in rooftop solar projects.
Understanding of net metering and solar monitoring platforms.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
