Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, Custom Actions, and Scripted REST APIs.
Integrate ServiceNow with ERP, CRM, Identity Management, Licensing Systems, and other third-party applications.
Design and implement automated workflows using Flow Designer, Subflows, and Data Streams.
Configure Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Data Sources for data migration and synchronization.
Develop and manage APIs, webhooks,



and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, mTLS, and API Keys.
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using ECC Queue, REST Message Logs, MID Server Logs, and System Logs.
Ensure data quality, CMDB/CSDM alignment, security best practices, and reusable integration architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and maintain integration documentation.

Preferred Experience: ServiceNow IntegrationHub, ITSM/ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, API Development, Enterprise Integrations, and ServiceNow Scripting.
