About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident MBA Marketing freshers to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in marketing, sales, client communication, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Generate leads through online research, social media, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and communicate our services effectively.
Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand and present suitable solutions.
Maintain lead and client information in the CRM.
Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors,



and industry developments.

Requirements
MBA completed with Marketing specialization.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
Robust interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
Good negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM tools will be an advantage.
Must be willing to work from the office in Hyderabad.
