Manage overall facility operations, including housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, and soft services.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, UPS, and fire safety systems.
Monitor vendor and contractor performance to ensure SLA compliance.
Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control operational costs.
Handle client interactions, attend review meetings, and resolve service-related issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Lead, train, and supervise facility staff to maintain service excellence.
Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure business continuity.
Maintain documentation related to maintenance, audits, and compliance.

Pay: ₹77,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
