Assembly & Packaging: Inspecting, assembling, and packaging instruments into sterile sets.
Inventory Management: Maintaining stock, tracking supplies, and ensuring timely restocking for all departments.
Quality Control: Performing routine checks and recording sterilization processes to meet standards.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to strict health, safety, and infection control guidelines, including handling biohazardous materials.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization techniques.
Skills: Attention to detail, organization, ability to follow instructions,
and effective communication.
Physical: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and push for extended periods.
Certifications (Often Preferred): Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or equivalent.
