Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Development (NPD) Engineer / Manager with experience in consumer electronics product development, from concept to mass production.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Recent Product Development (NPD).
Work on Power Banks, Bluetooth Speakers, Party Speakers and Tablets.
Prepare PRD, technical specifications and BOM.
Coordinate with OEM/ODM suppliers and factories.
Manage prototypes, DVT, PVT and pilot production.
Review PCB, hardware schematics and mechanical changes.
Conduct product testing and ensure quality standards.
Ensure compliance with BIS, CE, RoHS, WPC and BEE.
Maintain NPD trackers and technical documentation.





Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
2–4+ years of NPD experience in Consumer Electronics.
Knowledge of battery technology, power electronics and Bluetooth/audio products.
Experience with OEM/ODM coordination.
Knowledge of BIS, CE, WPC and RoHS.
Working knowledge of Excel, CAD, Altium/OrCAD, Jira or PLM tools.
Positive communication, problem-solving and project management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
