RidenRepair is a fast-growing vehicle service platform that connects customers with trusted mechanics for vehicle repair and maintenance services. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our daily operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers and mechanics for service bookings.
Assign and monitor service requests to ensure timely completion.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Track the status of ongoing service requests and provide timely updates.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and daily operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Prepare daily operational reports and maintain MIS data.
Ensure adherence to company processes and service quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email.
Solid organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
